Water supply system: the towers water system will supply an average of about 946.000L (250,000 gallons) of water per day.

Building service\fire elevator: the building \fireman's elevator will have a capacity of 5500kg and will be the world's tallest service elevator.

Observatory elevators: double deck cabs have capacity for 21 person on each deck and will have the worlds longest travel distance from lowest to highest stop. These elevators will be worlds fastest at 18m\sec.

The tower will house one of the first Armani house.
